Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping:
We offer next business day delivery when you order by 3:30pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders shipped by courier company usually delivered within 2 business days, special order items may take longer.The order is shipped upon payment approval or charge account and product availability. A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 8:30-5:00pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges of $9.99 will be
applied for orders under $50. Delivery is free on orders over $50 excluding HST within local trading areas. Standard orders are shipped by Purolator, Fed EX, UPS or Canada Post, Freight companies and our own delivery vehicles. Shipping also available to all destinations across Canada by Courier companies separate charges may apply for deliveries outside of our regular trading area. Please note some bulky, heavy products and some paper products may not be eligible for free shipping. Some items may be shipped from separate warehouses and therefore may not arrive together, however if you received your order in full and missing items contact us immediately via phone or email.
Return policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we offer 100% free return & exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in 100% re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. When there is a concealed damage report it immediately for inspection. If you purchased a clearance item or discontinued item, special order item, furniture we do not accept returns of those. All returns must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We do not charge a re-stocking fee on majority of our products; however, up to a 25% restocking fee can be charged on some products. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Accordingly we maintain the following privacy policy to protect personal information you give us will be held with extreme care and not be used in a ways that you have not consented to. If you choose to email us and provide personally identifiable information about yourself, we not use the information for any purpose other to respond to your inquiry.
